Our story began seven years ago when me and my husband,a lifelong angler, set out to find a haven in mainland Spain after years in Ibiza. Drawn by the majestic Ebro River and its legendary Carp and Wels Catfish, we knew this was where we belonged.

Our quest led us to a dilapidated 200-year-old olive farm boasting panoramic river views. Despite the work it entailed – restoring the old stone building and reviving the olive trees – we instantly fell in love with its charm.

While our initial dream was to create a fishing haven, after years of exploring Catalonia, we discovered the region’s true magic. Ebro Valley Leisure blossomed into the perfect destination for any traveler seeking an escape from the ordinary.

In early November, our farm invites you to join us for a unique experience: the olive harvest. Not only will you get to participate in this traditional activity, but you’ll also have the opportunity to witness the pressing of extra virgin olive oil and taste the freshest, purest oil straight from the press.

What to expect:

Olive Harvest: Immerse yourself in the process of harvesting ripe olives from our trees. Learn about the different varieties of olives and their unique characteristics.
Olive Oil Pressing: Witness the transformation of olives into liquid gold. Watch as the olives are crushed, pressed, and separated to produce the finest extra virgin olive oil.

Hiking: Explore the diverse network of marked trails that weave through the captivating landscapes.Throughout the year, the local hiking group Figot T Senderisme offers a variety of walks, including springtime strolls among blossoming almond trees and atmospheric full moon hikes in the summer.
Birdwatching: Witness a breathtaking avian spectacle. Catalonia boasts an incredible variety of bird species, from majestic eagles and golden orioles to hoopoes and bee-eaters.
